Built and launched the company website from scratch, ensuring proper lead tracking, analytics setup, and conversion flow across campaigns. Planned and managed paid campaigns across Google and Meta to generate leads for 9+ business branches, aligning budgets with branch-wise requirements and targets.

What I Built
Designed and deployed a real-time Marketing Analytics Dashboard using Streamlit, integrating Zoho CRM and Google Sheets data to track lead flow, ownership, and status across channels.

Impact
Centralised visibility across Google Ads, WhatsApp, Forms, and self-created leads. Enabled daily performance tracking for sales heads and leadership and reduced manual reporting effort.

Before optimisation, campaigns were generating low weekly conversions with high CPL and inefficient budget allocation.

What I Did
Restructured targeting, improved keyword intent, monitored auction insights, and reallocated budgets based on performance signals.
